Mr. Coulibaly is the Founder, President, and CEO of the Afrika
Global Gender Academy (AGGA), a branch of the Afrika Global Group
(AG Group) LLC USA, a member of the MenEngage Global Alliance, and
also the National Coordinator of MenEngage Network Mali and
Vice-Chair of the Steering Committee of MenEngage Africa Alliance.
He is also a UN Women's HeForShe Initiative Member and the
Co-Founder of the African Development Group (ADG), the African
Mining Alliance (AMA), the Alliance for African Renaissance (ARA),
and the African Youth Center (AYC).
He has worked for several national and international NGOs and
United Nations (UN) organizations like UNESCO, UNDP, UNV, and
UNCTAD in Africa. He has also engaged with some famous global
organizations like the International Association of Students in
Economics and Commerce (AIESEC) and Junior Chamber International
(JCI) where he held leadership positions in the past. As an
Economic Freedom Fighter (EFF), Mr. Coulibaly is currently
supporting the promotion of entrepreneurship among Youth and Women
organizations for more than ten (10) years in the issues of
information and communication, education and training, technical
assistance and consulting, studies, and research.
In 2011-2012, he served as the Economic and Commercial Counselor
for Africa at the Sichuan Supplier Chamber of Commerce (SSCC) in
China and continued to develop economic, social, and cultural
relations between Africa and China. In 2015-2016, he was selected
as one of the UN Women's Empower Women Program Global Champions
for Women's Economic Empowerment (WEE) where he demonstrated his
ability to support rural women entrepreneurs. In 2016-2017, he was
one of the UN Women's Empower Women Program Mentors in the
Business Development Group (BDG). In 2018, he joined the Side By
Side Faith Movement for Gender Justice as a key member of its
National Steering Group in Mali, the Sub-Regional Steering Group
in West Africa, and the Global Steering Group in the United
Kingdom (UK). In 2019, he was appointed as one of the members of
the Consultative Council of UN Women in Mali.
He obtained an Associates Degree in Economics and Development at
the University of Bouaké (Côte d'Ivoire), Bachelor's and Master's
Degrees in Management at the University of Bamako (Mali) in 2000.
He also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights from the
Centre Universitaire Henry Dunant (CUHD) in Geneva (Switzerland)
in 2008, a Certificate in Mineral Policy and Contract Negotiation
from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) in South Africa in 2013,
a Certificate in Business and Human Rights in 2016, and a
Certificate in Advanced Course in Human Rights on the role of Men
and Boys in Achieving Gender Equality in 2018 at the University of
Pretoria (UP) in South Africa. In 2020, he obtained the
prestigious GenderPro Certificate at the Global Women's Institute
(GWI) of The George Washington University (GWU).
Mr. Kassoum Coulibaly speaks both French and English.
He is an economist, strategist, intellectual, technology,
economic, and social entrepreneur driven and committed to global
economic progress, sustainable development, and universal peace
promotion with over 21 years of experience working with Youth and
Women across Africa and the World. He is dedicating his life to
promoting and protecting Human Rights, Women's Rights, Gender
Equality, and the Empowerment of Women Worldwide by engaging men
and boys.
